The foundational Freediving course designed for divers looking to learn basic safety and breath-hold with depths up to 20m/66ft. Includes prerequisite e-learning, a classroom session held via zoom, and a full weekend of in-water training.

Coaching
Certified diver looking for ways to get back on the line and improve your skills? Our coaching sessions are for you. Designed around what areas you want to improve in your diving. Dry land, line-diving, static sessions, or any other areas of coaching you need.
Private | $350
Intermediate Freediver
For more experienced divers looking to improve their diving up to depths of 40m/120ft. This course adds onto the knowledge built from the Freediver course to improve your understanding of how to dive deeper and train your depth adaptations outside of the class setting. Includes prerequisite e-learning, classroom session held via Zoom, and three full in-water training dives.

Private sessions are available to book for any of our courses. Designed around your schedule, availability, and needs. Can be booked for a group of up to six people.
